A Harare Magistrate has heard that the docket for five Zimbabwe National Road Administration (ZINARA) bosses arrested for a joint $2,9 million alleged fraud will now be merged into one as the papers were now in the hands of the National Prosecuting Authority.

Prosecutor Sebastian Mutizirwa told the court that the dockets had been referred to the NPA for further management.
The Zinara bosses are, the finance director Simon Mudzingwa Taranhike (53), finance manager Shadreck Matengabadza (44), accountant Stephen Matute (46), regional engineer Givemore Tendai Kufa (34) and human resources manager Precious Murove.
The five applied for relaxation of their bail conditions and Harare Magistrate Josephine Sande granted the application and they will now report every last Friday of the month.
Mutizirwa told the court the State will be provide the Zinara bosses with their trial date on September 8. Taranhike and Matengabadza are on $500 bail each while Matute, Kufa and Murove are on $200 bail each.
